Section 74:36:03:02 - Episode emergency contingency plan

The department shall develop an episode emergency contingency plan and maintain it following the requirements in 40 C.F.R. § 51.152 (July 1, 2018). The department shall reevaluate the contingency plan in accordance with the requirements in 40 C.F.R. § 51.153 (July 1, 2018).
