Section 74:32:05:11 - Department approval of corrective action plan

The responsible person shall submit a corrective action plan for approval by the department in accordance with the time schedule established by the department for the release. The corrective action plan shall contain complete information describing the design and implementation of the proposed corrective action. The corrective action plan shall provide for protection to human health, safety, and the environment.
