When determining the amount and type of expenses eligible for reimbursement from the fund, the director shall:
(1) Review the potential eligible expenses for compliance with this chapter;(2) Review the written report of the agent investigating the claim;(3) Review written proof that payment of the deductible as determined by the secretary was made by the covered party; and(4) Review documentation of paid or unpaid expenses that exceed the deductible required of a covered party.S.D.
