Section 74:31:01:02 - Demolition, transportation, and disposal of asbestos waste

An asbestos contractor carrying out an asbestos project must comply with the standards for safe demotion, renovation, transportation, and disposal of asbestos in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 61, Subpart M (July 1, 1993), chapter 74:36:08.
