Section 74:29:10:21 - Preliminary list to be maintained by department

The preliminary list of special, exceptional, critical, or unique lands and all nominating petitions or other evidence used to support the nomination of those lands included on the list shall be maintained by the department. The list and supporting information shall be made accessible to any interested person on request.
