Section 74:29:07:28 - Changes occurring in approved reference area

Any changes occurring in an approved reference area which may affect the area's usefulness as an indicator of reclamation success must be reported in writing to the department. Examples of such changes are fires, insect damage to vegetation, landslides, or man-made changes.
