Section 74:29:05:03 - Process pond reclamation

The reclamation plan must address reclamation of all process and storage ponds associated with a millsite. Items which must be addressed include the following:

(1) Physical reclamation of the ponds;

(2) Solution disposal;

(3) Sludge disposal; and

(4) Liner removal or disposal.
