Section 74:29:04:05 - Applicability of transferred permit

A transferred permit authorizes only those activities approved in the operating and reclamation plan, permit conditions, and approved permit amendments. Any changes in the permit, including adding contiguous land, minor modifications, major modifications, or technical revisions, are subject to the requirements of chapter 74:29:03.
