Section 74:29:04:01 - Notice of transfer

The successor operator shall file a notice of transfer with the department. The notice shall include the following:

(1) A completed permit transfer application form provided by the department pursuant to § 74:29:04:02;

(2) The fee of $100 required by SDCL 45-6B-47; and

(3) A replacement surety.
