Section 74:29:02:03 - Surface and mineral owners

For SDCL 45-6B-6(2) and (3), the name of the surface owner of the affected land, the owner of the mineral to be mined, and a map clearly depicting all surface and mineral owners of the affected land must be included for the permit application to be considered procedurally complete.
