Section 74:28:22:01 - Identification and listing of hazardous wastes

Solid wastes which are subject to regulation as hazardous wastes are those identified and listed in 40 C.F.R. §§ 261.1 to 261.1089, inclusive, except 40 C.F.R. § 261.4(b) (17); and Appendices I, VII, VIII, and IX.
