Section 74:27:11:08 - Gravel pits and quarries

Only rubble or construction or demolition debris that is free of regulated asbestos-containing waste materials, asphalt-containing materials, petroleum products, or other materials that may pollute groundwater may be disposed of in gravel pits or quarries.
