Section 74:27:11:06 - Distance to surface water

Facilities containing putrescible waste or other facilities disposing of materials that may pollute surface water may not be located within 1,000 feet of streams, creeks, lakes, reservoirs, or other bodies of water classified for fish life propagation defined by chapters 74:51:01 to 74:51:03, inclusive.
