Section 74:27:09:05 - Renewal applications and amendments

Applications for permit renewals and permit amendments shall include all information required by §§ 74:27:09:03 and 74:27:09:04 that has not been submitted in permit applications prior to the effective date of these rules. Applications shall reflect any changes in operation, in the amount of wastes handled, the types of waste handled, or other changes since the previous permit was issued.
