Section 74:21:02:70 - Additional water system operators requiring certification

Any water system operator making process control or system integrity decisions about water quality or quantity that affect public health must be certified at any level. A designated operator who is certified at a level equivalent to the classification of the plant or system must be available for each operating shift.
