Section 74:21:02:41 - Eligibility of applicant

The following procedures apply to the determination of eligibility of the applicant for certification:

(1) The board's secretary shall assemble all information needed by the board;

(2) The board or its designated representative shall, under the direction of the secretary, review the application and supporting documents to determine the eligibility of the applicant; and

(3) Certification is available to plant or system operators who are not in direct charge but are responsible for assisting in the operation of water and wastewater systems if the applicants can meet the qualifications for certification.
