Section 74:21:01:04 - Declaratory rulings

A person may, by filing a petition, request the board to issue a decision on the applicability of any statutory provision, rule, or order pertaining to certification matters. The petition will be considered by the board at its regular meeting and in the order in which the petitions are submitted.
