Section 74:12:04:07 - Oil to be measured before being sent to collection point

Oil may not be transported from a tank battery or a central collection point until its volume has been determined in barrels of oil through the use of calibrated meter measurements or tank measurements. Central collection may be used if the production from each well can be accurately determined.
