Section 74:08:01:01 - Fees for photocopies

The fee for photocopies of public records requested from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources under SDCL chapter 1-27 or SDCL 1-26-2 is the fee imposed under the rules promulgated by the Bureau of Administration in chapter 10:01:01.
