The work plan required in § 74:05:12:02 shall include a list of projects eligible to apply for financial assistance from the brownfields revolving loan subfund. The work plan shall establish site selection criteria and funding levels for the department to expend funds from the brownfields assessment and cleanup subfund to perform the assessment and cleanup of brownfields sites.
