Section 74:05:05:23 - Notice of run-off election

Notice of the run-off election for a director area shall be published at least once in a newspaper selected by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in each affected county. The newspaper shall be an official newspaper of the county designated pursuant to SDCL 7-18-3.
