Section 74:05:05:21.01 - Vermillion Basin water development district director areas

The director areas of the Vermillion Basin water development district are as follows:

(1) Director 1: representing Vermillion VTD-precincts Central C-2, Northwest-NWl, and Northwest-NW2; and those portions of Clay County VTD-precinct W03 within the boundaries of the city of Vermillion;
(2) Director 2: representing Vermillion VTD-precincts Central-Cl, Northeast-NEl, Southeast-SEl, and Southeast-SE2;
(3) Director 3: representing Vermillion VTD-precinct Northeast-NE2; VTD-precincts W01 and W02 in Clay County; those portions of Clay County VTD-precinct W03 outside the boundaries of the city of Vermillion; and VTD-precinct 7 in Turner County;
(4) Director 4: representing the city of Marion in Turner County; Marion township in Turner County; and VTD-precincts 4, 5, 6, and 8 in Turner County;
(5) Director 5: representing the cities of Dolton and Monroe in Turner County; Rosefield, Dolton, and Monroe townships in Turner County; VTD-precincts 2 and 3 in Turner County; the city of Bridgewater in McCook County; Bridgewater and Union townships in McCook County; and VTD-precinct 3 in McCook County;
(6) Director 6: representing the cities of Canova, Howard, and Vilas in Miner County; Canova, Clearwater, Howard, and Vermillion townships in Miner County; Clarno, Orland, and Winfred townships in Lake County; Emery and Jefferson townships in McCook County; and VTD-precincts 1, 2, 5, and 6 in McCook County; and
(7) Director 7: representing the cities of Arlington, Bancroft, De Smet, Erwin, Hetland, Iroquois, Lake Preston, and Oldham in Kingsbury County; Baker, De Smet, Denver, Esmond, Hartland, Iroquois, Le Sueur, Manchester, Mathews, Spirit Lake, Spring Lake, and Whitewood townships in Kingsbury County; Concord and Wayne townships in Lake County, and Adams, Belleview, Grafton, and Henden townships in Miner County.
