Section 74:05:05:20 - East Dakota water development district director areas

The director areas of the East Dakota water development district are as follows:

(1) Director 1: representing all of Codington and Grant Counties;

(2) Director 2: representing all of Moody County; the cities of Brant Lake, Madison, Nunda, Ramona, and Wentworth in Lake County; Badus, Chester, Farmington, Franklin, Herman, Lake View, Le Roy, Nunda, Rutland, Summit, and Wentworth townships in Lake County; VTD-precincts 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, and 16 in Brookings County; and VTD-precincts VP 09, VP 10, VP 11, and VP 21 in Minnehaha County;

(3) Director 3: representing all of Deuel and Hamlin Counties; the city of Badger in Kingsbury County; Badger township in Kingsbury County; and VTD-precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 13, and 15 in Brookings County;

(4) Director 4: representing VTD-precincts VP 01, VP 02, VP 03, VP 04, VP 05, VP 06, VP 07, VP 08, VP 13, VP 15, VP 16, and VP 17 in Minnehaha County; and Sioux Falls VTD-precincts 3-14, 3-18, and 3-20;

(5) Director 5: representing Sioux Falls VTD-precincts 3-5, 3-12, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6, 4-7, 4-16, 4-19, 5-2, 5-4, 5-15, 5-16, 5-18, 5-22, and 5-23;

(6) Director 6: representing Sioux Falls VTD-precincts 1-9, 1-10, 1-13, 1-14, 1-16, 1-17, 3-9, 3-10, 3-11, 3-15, 3-16, 3-17, and 3-19;
