Any water supply well constructed, rehabilitated, or rebuilt shall be disinfected with chlorine in a manner outlined in the "Recommended Procedure for Chlorine Disinfection of Water Wells." (See Appendix H at the end of this chapter.) The pump installer is responsible for chlorinating any water supply well upon which the installer works.
