Section 74:02:04:49 - Copper casing specifications

Copper casing must be type K hard. Examples are in Table 3, as follows:

Types L and M hard copper casing may be used for recasing wells.

Copper casing shall meet or exceed ASTM B 88-89, "Standard Specification for Seamless Copper Water Tube," November 10, 1989.
