Section 70:03:01:89 - Telephonic permit requirements for movement to scale site

An applicant with a prepaid telephonic permit for movement to a scale site shall telephone the permit center and request an authorization number to validate the permit. The applicant shall complete the remainder of the permit form before beginning the move.
