Section 70:03:01:52 - Operating restrictions for overwidth municipal sludge vehicles

In addition to the speed restrictions in SDCL 32-22-42.11, overwidth municipal sludge vehicles may operate only during daylight hours and shall conspicuously display flashing warning lights or an amber revolving light.
