Section 70:03:01:23 - Movement of road construction equipment

A single-trip permit is required for oversized or overweight, or both, road construction equipment before it is moved on state trunk highways. The permit for each movement of rubber-tired equipment under its own power must be approved by the Department of Transportation, Division of Operations, or its designee.
