Section 70:02:04:08 - Airports approved prior to July 24, 1974, to be noted as approved under previous standards

All airports approved for public use prior to July 24, 1974, which do not meet the minimum length requirements established by this chapter shall remain in the directory of approved airports but shall be specifically noted as being approved under the previously adopted minimum standards.
