Section 70:01:02:67 - Todd CountyThe following are the maximum speeds on certain highways in Todd County:
(1) U.S. Highway 18 beginning 2.1 miles west of the junction of U.S. Highway 18 and U.S. Highway 83 in Mission, then east for 1.1 miles, 45 miles per hour; then east for 1.0 mile to the junction of U.S. Highway 18 and U.S. Highway 83 in Mission, 30 miles per hour; then east on U.S. Highway 18 for 0.98 mile, 30 miles per hour; then east for 1.23 miles, 45 miles per hour;(2) U.S. Highway 83 beginning at the junction of U.S. Highway 18 and U.S. Highway 83 in Mission, then south for 0.3 mile, 30 miles per hour; then south for 0.65 mile, 35 miles per hour; then south for 0.2 mile, 45 miles per hour;(3) State Trunk Highway 63 beginning at the junction with U.S. Highway 18, then northerly 1.65 miles, 55 miles per hour; then northerly 1.10 miles, 30 miles per hour; then northerly to the Todd-Mellette county line, 55 miles per hour;(4) U.S. Highway 18 beginning 0.25 mile southwest of the northwest corner of section 15, township 39 north, range 26 west, then northeast 0.61 mile, 55 miles per hour;(5) U.S. Highway 18 beginning 0.65 mile west of the Little White River bridge, then northeast 0.72 mile, 55 miles per hour;(6) U.S. Highway 83 beginning at the South Dakota/Nebraska border, then north for 1.46 miles, 55 miles per hour.S.D.
