Section 68:03:01:04 - Designation as a certified site - Use

If GOED determines that the site meets all the criteria for the site designation being sought, GOED shall issue a certificate of readiness and the site shall be posted on the GOED website. Any interested party may utilize the certified site designation, including any accompanying certificates or other identifying marks, in marketing, promotional, and informational materials.
