Section 68:02:01:55 - Banking Commission examination

The board shall request the South Dakota Banking Commission to make an annual examination of the board's lending policies and procedures and the documentation and classification of loans in the REDI fund loan portfolio, including loans made under chapter 68:02:02 of this article.
