For each setting in which a facility provides services, the facility shall comply with the applicable life safety codes used in § 67:62:09:02. An automatic sprinkler system is not required in an existing facility unless significant renovations or remodeling occurs; however, any existing automatic sprinkler system shall remain in service.
New construction, renovations, additions, and changes of space shall comply with the applicable life safety codes used in § 67:62:09:02. Each facility shall also comply with the building construction standards used in § 67:62:09:02.
