Facilities need to routinely check the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals and Entities to ensure that new hires as well as current employees are not on the excluded list. No payment can be provided for services furnished by an excluded individual. Documentation that this has been completed will be placed in the employees personnel file.
