Section 67:62:06:01 - Requirements for executive director

The board of directors must appoint an executive director with the following qualifications:

(1) Knowledge of mental health services;

(2) Administrative skills; and

(3) At the time of employment, knowledge of the administrative rules pertaining to community mental health services and programs.
