Section 67:62:02:14 - Denial of accreditation

If the department denies accreditation to a center, the department shall send notice of the denial to the center by certified mail, return receipt requested, within sixty days of the final review. The notice of denial must inform the center that the denial is effective fifteen days after receipt of the notice.
