Section 67:61:08:04 - Records of receipt, administration, and disposition of scheduled drugs

Each residential program shall maintain a separate log book to record the receipt and disposition of all Schedule II drugs. A residential program shall maintain a record of the receipt and administration of Schedule II, III, and IV drugs in a client's case record.
