Each agency shall adopt a schedule of fees for services and shall base the fees on the client's ability to pay. The agency shall provide its clients, referral resources, the public, and the department with up-to-date fees for services, including the fee per unit of service and any standard fees not included in the unit rate charged by the agency.
The agency shall make every effort to collect payment from clients for services in accordance with its fee schedule and to collect reimbursement for costs of services for all clients from other third-party sources.
