Section 67:61:02:15 - Denial of accreditation

If the department denies accreditation to an agency, the department shall send notice of the denial to the agency by certified mail, return receipt requested, within sixty days of the final review. The notice of denial must inform the agency that the denial is effective fifteen days after receipt of the notice.
