Section 67:54:04:09 - Residential limitations on eligibility

Residents of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities, or intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities may apply for HCBS; however, these individuals may not be residents of one of these facilities when the HCBS services are provided.
