Section 67:47:02:21 - Applicable provisions of chapter 67:47:01

The following provisions of chapter 67:47:01 apply to TANF parents eligible for child care assistance: § 67:47:01:07; §§ 67:47:01:10.02 to 67:47:01:16, inclusive; §§ 67:47:01:18 and 67:47:01:19; and §§ 67:47:01:22 to 67:47:01:25.01, inclusive.
