Section 67:47:01:22 - Recovery of overpayments

A household is ineligible to receive continued child care services if it fails to supply information which adversely affects its level of child care assistance, it supplies false information, or it fails to repay or make arrangements with the department for the repayment of overpayments. Overpayments are subject to recovery by the department.
