Section 67:47:01:07 - Notice to household - Issuance of child care certificate

If a recipient is eligible for child care benefits, the department shall send a written notice to the recipient of the amount of child care benefits payable and a child care certificate containing the amount of the household's copayment. The household's copayment is determined according to § 67:47:01:08.
