Section 67:46:15:03 - Eligibility factors relating to refugees with children

Assistance may be provided to any child or any other member of the household who would be eligible for assistance under chapters 67:12:01 to 67:12:02, 67:12:04 to 67:12:06, inclusive, but are not required to meet the requirements of §§ 67:12:01:14, 67:12:01:19, and 67:12:01:29 to 67:12:01:39, inclusive.
