Section 67:46:12:10 - Medicaid eligibility - Pregnant woman

A pregnant woman is eligible for Medicaid if the following criteria is met:

(1) She meets the general eligibility requirements of chapter 67:46:01;

(2) She meets the requirements contained in this chapter.
