Section 67:46:12:08 - Income limit - Parent/caretaker relative

To be eligible for assistance under this chapter a parent/caretaker relative's income, based on family size determined under the provisions of 42 C.F.R. § 435.603 (July 15, 2013), may not exceed the following amounts plus five percent of the current year's federal poverty guidelines for that family size:
