Section 67:46:10:10 - Basis of payment

Payment for services under the program shall be made to the provider. All payments for services provided shall be based on the criteria used to establish rates for services and benefits in chapters 67:16:02, 67:16:03, 67:16:14, 67:46:10, and 67:16:25.
