Section 67:46:10:07 - Eligibility determination

Applications shall be reviewed by the department and approval or rejection shall be made to the applicant in writing within sixty days from the date of application. Approval for assistance, when granted, shall be for a period of one year or for a period of one year after the date of a successful transplant, whichever occurs first.
