Section 67:46:05:49 - Retroactive SSI and retroactive retirement, survivors, and disability income payments

Retroactive SSI payments and retroactive retirement, survivors, and disability income payments are excluded from resources for six calendar months following the month of receipt for individuals described in subdivisions 67:46:01:02(9), (18), (20), and (21).
