Section 67:46:05:46 - Increase in value of excluded burial funds

An increase in the value of excluded burial funds due to interest which was left to accumulate and become a part of a separately identifiable burial fund is excluded from resources.

An increase in the value of an excluded burial space is excluded from resources.
